Delete your account and data
Rassberry lets you permanently delete your account and associated personal data. Use this page for Google Play and App Store transparency requirements and whenever you cannot use the in-app option.
1. Delete in the app (fastest)
If you can sign in: open the Rassberry app, go to Settings, find the Account section, and tap Delete profile. Confirm when prompted. This removes your account from our systems and signs you out. It cannot be undone.
2. Request deletion by email
If you lost access to the app or prefer email, send a request from the address registered on your account to privacy@rassberry.eu with the subject Rassberry account deletion request. Include your registered email and, if you know it, your profile name or @handle so we can verify ownership.
You can also use the form below — it opens a pre-filled email to the same address. We will process verified requests within a reasonable time and let you know if we need more information.
3. What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove data tied to your user ID where technically possible, including for example:
- Your profile, photos and media stored for your account, and your authentication account;
- Chats you participated in, albums, saved phrases, and messaging-related records;
- Favourites, blocks, and similar in-app lists associated with you;
- Venue listings you owned as a venue account, where applicable;
- Other app data stored under your user ID in our backend.
Some information may be retained for a limited period where the law requires it (for example accounting or serious safety investigations), or in aggregated or anonymised form that does not identify you. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
4. Subscriptions (Apple / Google)
Deleting your Rassberry account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through Apple or Google. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings if you no longer want to be charged.
